About Me

I started this website because I know a lot of people who were eager to learn woodworking. Despite the massive volume of information on the Internet, there didn’t seem to be any useful information that would give total beginners confidence in their ability to start woodworking.

I have seen many websites and videos that have tons of information advertised as easy or for the beginner woodworker. Still, I found most of these did not start at the very foundational beginning. I wanted to give people the “tools” to confidently go out and start woodworking projects and buying woodworking tools and equipment.👉 To make woodworking simple, enjoyable, and accessible for everyone — whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience.

🎯 Why I Built TedsWoodworking

When I first began my woodworking journey, I was constantly frustrated by vague instructions, incomplete plans, and a lack of support. I knew there had to be a better way.

That’s what inspired me to create TedsWoodworking — the largest, most comprehensive collection of step-by-step woodworking plans available online. And I designed this website to be as clear, practical, and beginner-friendly as possible.

Here’s what you’ll find inside:

  • ✅ Effortless navigation to help you quickly find what you need

  • ✅ Instant access to over 16,000 woodworking projects

  • ✅ Detailed video tutorials, blueprints, and materials lists

  • ✅ Secure checkout and immediate digital downloads

  • ✅ Lifetime updates and unlimited access

Whether you’re building a shed, table, deck, or even a birdhouse, this platform is built to support your creativity and help you build confidently — even if it’s your first time using tools.

💬 A Personal Note

To me, woodworking is more than just cutting wood — it’s about creating something meaningful with your own hands. It’s a source of peace, pride, and personal satisfaction.

Thank you for visiting TedsWoodworking.com. My hope is that this site becomes your trusted companion in every project you take on.

Keep building. Stay inspired.
